For April–July weekends, book 2–4 weeks out. Peak dates (Memorial Day, July 4th, end-of-school) sell out 4–6 weeks early. Off-season, a week is usually fine — but sooner is always safer.
Setup, safety walk-through, and pickup are included with every rental at no extra charge. Delivery is a separate zone-based fee calculated at checkout. We arrive 2–3 hours early and pick up at the end of your rental window.
Yes — $3M liability insurance. We provide Certificates of Insurance free for churches, schools, venues, and any location that requires one.
A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your date. If weather becomes a concern, we work with you on rain dates — we want your party to happen.
We monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule you to any available date with no extra charge. Light rain is usually fine — we’ll make the call with you.
We deliver across the Knoxville metro — Knoxville, Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Powell, Clinton, Lenoir City, Jacksboro, Alcoa, Seymour, Gatlinburg and surrounding East TN. Delivery is a zone-based fee shown at checkout so there are no surprises.
Most standard bouncers need a flat 15×15 ft area with 3 ft of clearance on all sides and 16 ft of overhead clearance (watch for trees and power lines). Combos and slides need more — we list exact dimensions on every product page so you know what fits.
Yes — a sober adult must actively supervise the unit any time kids are bouncing. We walk you through the safety rules at setup and leave a printed guide on site. No flips, no shoes, no food inside, separate kids by age and size.
Absolutely. We set up at parks, churches, schools, gyms, community centers, and private homes. Most public parks require a permit and a Certificate of Insurance — we provide the COI free, you handle the permit with the park office. Let us know the venue at booking and we’ll flag any requirements.
Yes — we have 12 generators available for parks, fields, and anywhere power isn’t close by. One generator powers one bouncer for the whole rental window. Add it to your booking and we’ll bring fuel too.
