What types of corporate events do you provide rentals for?
We provide entertainment rentals for company picnics, team building days, employee appreciation events, holiday parties, product launches, grand openings, conference after-parties, and corporate family days. Inventory includes mechanical bulls, bounce houses, obstacle courses, foam party machines, concession machines, tents, tables, chairs, and 360 photo booths.
Do you carry liability insurance for corporate events?
Yes. We carry a $3 million general liability insurance policy and provide a free Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue, HR department, or event planner upon request. Most Knox County parks and corporate venues require this — we have it ready in 24 hours.
Can you handle large corporate events with 100+ employees?
Absolutely. We regularly serve events with 100–500 attendees. For larger events, we provide multiple inflatables, a mechanical bull, foam party setup, plus tents, tables, and chairs. Tell us your headcount and venue and we’ll size the package.
How does billing work for corporate rentals?
We accept corporate credit cards, ACH, checks, and online payment. A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your date, with the balance due before the event. For larger packages we work with your AP team — NET 30 invoicing and W-9 documentation provided up front.
Can you set up at a public park or corporate campus in Knoxville?
Yes — we set up at Lakeshore Park, World’s Fair Park, public parks throughout Knox County, corporate campuses (ORNL, TVA, Pilot, Regal, Scripps, Bush Brothers), parking lots, and indoor venues with sufficient ceiling height. We need access to a standard outlet within 100 feet, or we bring a quiet generator.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
For peak season (April–July, Halloween week, December), book 4–8 weeks out. Mechanical bulls and large tents book first — sometimes 90+ days ahead. Off-peak weekdays we can often turn around in 1–2 weeks. $50 holds the date.
Can you combine multiple rentals for one event?
Yes — most corporate bookings combine 3–6 items. A common package: mechanical bull + obstacle course + concessions + tents + tables. We bundle them, deliver in one trip, and charge a single delivery fee for the zone.
Do you provide attendants or staff at the event?
Mechanical bull rentals include 2 trained operators in the base price. For other inflatables, attendants are an optional paid add-on (recommended for events 100+). Otherwise your team or volunteers handle on-site supervision while we deliver, set up, and tear down.
