For five years we’ve outfitted festivals, fairs, and large outdoor events across Knoxville, Knox County, and the surrounding East Tennessee cities — Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Powell, Halls, Karns, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Lenoir City, Clinton, and Anderson and Blount counties. We’ve staffed church fall festivals at every major Knoxville congregation, school carnival fundraisers from Hardin Valley to South Knox, HOA block parties in Farragut and West Knox, county-fair midways, Greek-Fest-scale community festivals, and corporate family-day events for Y-12, Oak Ridge labs, and downtown Knoxville employers.
Every festival we book gets the same things: 113+ rental items to mix and match, $3M liability insurance with free Certificates of Insurance for any venue or city permit, sanitized and safety-inspected equipment on every drop, on-time delivery built around your gate-open time, dedicated festival logistics — power planning, site layout, generator coordination, and crew sequencing for multi-truck setups. The bigger the event, the better the per-unit pricing. Festival Saturdays in peak season (April through October) book 4-8 weeks out — lock yours early with a $50 non-refundable deposit.
The Festival Midway Lineup Knoxville Crowds Love
Eight rentals that turn an empty field into a packed, photo-worthy festival midway — the lineup that makes families come back next year and the year after.

Mechanical Bull
$1,099 / 3 hr
The festival showstopper. Includes 2 trained operators, soft fall pad, and full insurance. Pulls a crowd from the moment it inflates — every festival photo album has the bull. Adult and teen riders all day, no festival regrets.
Perfect for: County fairs, church festivals, corporate family days, Western-theme festivals

Foam Party
From $499
3 feet of clean, biodegradable foam — the festival photo-op of the year. Kids run through it for hours, teens record it for socials, and parents can’t stop laughing. Easy rinse, low cleanup, max impact.
Perfect for: Summer festivals, community block parties, school carnivals, youth-group events

Carnival & Interactive Games
From $179
25 carnival-style games — jousting arenas, basketball shootouts, wrecking ball, Hi-Striker, axe-throw, ring toss. The midway-game lineup that gives every kid a prize and every parent five minutes of peace.
Perfect for: Fall festivals, school carnivals, church festivals, county fair midways

Obstacle Courses
From $399
9 obstacle courses with races, climbing walls, tunnels, and slides. Festival kids run them back-to-back-to-back — the rental that absorbs the most kids per hour and the line never dies down.
Perfect for: Festival kids zones, school carnivals, scout/youth fundraisers, sports festivals

Water Slides & Combos
From $199
27 water slides and 28 combo units. Summer festival heat-relievers, fall festival dry-slide attractions, anchor pieces for any kids zone. Set up multiple lanes side-by-side for maximum throughput at peak crowds.
Perfect for: Summer festivals, July 4th events, water-theme fairs, kids-zone anchors

Dunk Tank
From $249
The fundraiser classic — and the highest-revenue-per-square-foot rental we offer. Dunk the pastor, the principal, the coach, the boss. Festivals raise more money in 2 hours with a dunk tank than 4 hours of bake sale.
Perfect for: Church festivals, school fundraisers, scout events, fall festivals

Concessions Machines
From $79
Popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy machines — concession-stand revenue with no chef required. Festivals charge $3-5 a serving and clear the rental fee in the first hour. Three machines = a real concession booth.
Perfect for: Every festival — concessions tent, fundraiser booth, kids-zone anchor

Tents, Tables & Chairs
From $249
10×10 vendor tents, 20×20 food-court tents, 20×40 main stage tents. Plus tables, chairs, and high-tops for vendors, VIPs, and food service. Built to handle East TN weather — rain, sun, or pop-up storm.
Perfect for: Vendor booths, food courts, VIP areas, stage rigging, weather backup
Your Festival Rental Planning Checklist
Six steps Knoxville event coordinators use to pull off a festival the community talks about for a year — without midway-day chaos.
1. Lock the Date 6-8 Weeks Out
Festival Saturdays in peak season (April-July, Halloween, fall festivals) book 6-8 weeks out. $50 non-refundable deposit locks any date. The earlier you lock, the more inventory you get to pick from — multi-unit packages clear out fast for the big weekends.
2. Build a Multi-Unit Package
One bouncer is a backyard birthday. Five rentals is a midway. Pair a mech bull (adult draw), foam party or dunk tank (the photo op), 2-3 inflatables (kids zone), interactive games (older kids), and concessions (revenue). The more you rent, the better the per-unit pricing.
3. Plan Power + Generators
Each inflatable needs 1,500-2,000 watts. A 10-unit festival needs 8-12 outlets or a generator. Most parks and fairgrounds don’t have enough electrical hookups for a real midway — we rent generators sized for your exact equipment list and coordinate the layout with our crew.
4. Get the Permits + COI
City parks, county fairgrounds, school grounds, and most churches require a $3M Certificate of Insurance — we provide free with every rental. Permits (Knoxville parks: $50-150) are pulled by the event organizer. We’ll send the COI to whoever you tell us — venue, city, school district.
5. Map the Site Before Setup Day
Kids zone in one area, adult attractions another, food court central, vendors on the perimeter, stage at one end. Send us a rough sketch — we’ll tell you what fits, where the generator needs to go, and how the crews stage delivery so setup is done before gates open.
6. Have a Weather Backup
East TN pop-up storms shut down inflatables. Add a 20×40 tent for shade or shelter. Light rain doesn’t shut us down — heavy rain or thunderstorms do, and rain dates reschedule free up to 24 hours out. We watch the radar with you Friday afternoon and make the call together.

Festival Rental FAQs
The questions Knoxville festival organizers ask before they sign a rental contract.
How early should we book festival rentals?
Festival Saturdays in peak season (April-July, plus Halloween and fall festival season in October) book 6-8 weeks out. Big multi-unit packages clear out fastest. Lock your date early with a $50 non-refundable deposit — the deposit reserves the inventory, not just the time slot.
Do you offer multi-unit discounts for festivals?
Yes. The more you rent, the better the per-unit pricing. Most festivals save 10-20% off à la carte when booking a multi-unit package (5+ rentals). Call us with your headcount and site — we’ll build a custom festival package quote in one phone call.
Can you handle large festivals with multiple inflatables?
Yes — that’s our specialty. We run 6 box trucks, 10 delivery crews, and 113+ rental items. We’ve staffed full county-fair midways, large church fall festivals, and corporate family days with 8-15 inflatables, multiple game booths, concessions, and tents in a single event. Sequenced delivery so setup finishes before gates open.
Do you provide Certificate of Insurance for festivals?
Yes — free with every rental. We carry $3M liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance to any venue, city, school district, or HOA that asks. Most Knoxville parks, county fairgrounds, and churches require one before they’ll let you set up.
Do you provide generators for outdoor festivals?
Yes. Each inflatable needs 1,500-2,000 watts. Most parks and fairgrounds don’t have enough outlets for a real midway. We rent generators sized for your exact equipment list — small (1-2 units), medium (3-5 units), or commercial (6-12+ units). We coordinate the layout so cords don’t cross walkways.
Do you set up and tear down?
Yes — full setup and teardown included in every rental. Our crews arrive 2-4 hours before gates open, set up, run safety checks, walk you through every unit, and hook up generators. We return at end-of-day or the next morning for teardown. You never lift a stake.
What festivals have you worked?
Community festivals, county fairs, church fall festivals, school carnivals, scout fundraisers, corporate family days, HOA block parties, July 4th events, and youth-group festivals across Knoxville, Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Powell, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Lenoir City, Clinton, and the surrounding cities. References available — we’ll send a list of festivals in your zip code.
What if it rains on festival day?
Light rain doesn’t shut us down — most inflatables operate fine in mist or light drizzle. Heavy rain or thunderstorms shut us down for safety (per manufacturer + insurance). Rain dates reschedule free up to 24 hours before delivery (subject to availability). We watch the radar with you Friday afternoon and make the call together.
