Wedding rental FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
For wedding season (April-October), we recommend booking 3-6 months out. We take a limited number of tent jobs per weekend to protect quality, and spring/fall Saturdays book out first. Your $50 deposit locks your inventory.
Do you deliver to outdoor venues and private homes?
Yes — this is most of our wedding work. Backyards, farms, barns, private estates, wineries, and public parks (where permitted) are all on our route. Gravel, grass, and paved surfaces are all fine. Just make sure the delivery path is at least 36 inches wide.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for my venue?
Absolutely. We’re fully insured and send COIs directly to venue coordinators on request. Just forward us the venue’s requirements and we’ll handle the paperwork.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Our tents are rain-rated, so most weddings go on as planned. If there’s a safety issue (high winds, lightning), we’ll work with you on rescheduling. Your $50 deposit is always non-refundable, but we’ll apply it to a rain date within 12 months.
Do you set up the tents and tables, or do I need to?
We handle everything — delivery, professional setup, teardown, and pickup. You don’t lift a finger. We coordinate directly with your venue and planner so you can focus on getting married.
Can I combine a wedding tent with a bounce house for the kids?
Yes — this is one of our favorite combos. A kids-only bounce house keeps the little ones entertained and out of the dance floor. We have toddler-safe units for younger guests too.
