From toddlers to grandparents, our bounce houses, water slides, games, tents, and more make family reunions unforgettable. We deliver, set up, and handle cleanup — so you can actually enjoy your family.
You’re planning a family reunion. You’ve got the date, the location, the food plan. But then the real question hits: what are all these people going to do for the next four hours?
Here’s the thing: family reunions bring together everyone from toddlers to grandparents. Not everyone wants to sit and chat the whole time. Kids need to burn energy. Teens want something fun and a little competitive. And let’s be honest — adults love a mechanical bull or water slide just as much as anyone.
That’s where PBHR comes in. We deliver entertainment that works for every age. Bounce houses keep the little ones busy and happy. Water slides cool everyone down on hot Knoxville summers. Obstacle courses get the competitive crew engaged. Tents provide shade when the sun gets too intense. Concession machines (think cotton candy and snow cones) turn your reunion into a mini-festival everyone talks about for years.
The best part? We handle setup, takedown, and all the logistics. You just show up, enjoy your family, and let us take care of the rest.
Whether you’re planning a summer backyard bash or a fall gathering at a park, these rentals are reunion favorites.

Backyard: works great if you have space. Public park: free or low-cost — check insurance requirements (we provide). Church fellowship hall: great for larger crowds, climate-controlled. Lake cabin or Smoky Mountain rental: popular for multi-day reunions — we deliver everywhere in East TN. Local event space: indoor venues with capacity for 50–200+ people.
Are you expecting 20 people or 100? Mostly young kids? Mixed ages? Heavy on adults? Your answers determine what rentals make sense and how much space you need.
Summer reunions get booked fast. If you’re planning a June, July, or August event, lock in your rentals by early May at the latest. Off-season reunions have more availability, but earlier is still smart.
Potluck with family dishes? Catered from a local Knoxville restaurant? Concession machines for snacks and drinks? Pairing good food with great entertainment is the reunion formula. Concession machines turn it into a mini-festival.
Even if the forecast looks perfect, an all-day outdoor reunion needs shelter. Rain happens. Sun gets intense. A tent rental takes the stress out and keeps everyone comfortable.
Pick one family member (usually the aunt or family organizer running the show) to coordinate with PBHR. We’ll confirm delivery time, setup location, and pickup. You’re done.
50? 200? 500? Toddlers? Teens? Grandparents? Each mix needs a different lineup.
We deliver to private homes, family farms, lake cabins, Smoky Mountain rentals, and most Knox County parks (just check the park’s rental rules first).
$50 non-refundable deposit. Reunions cluster around July 4th and Labor Day — book 60+ days early.
We deliver early so the cousins set up potato salad, not bounce houses. Pickup after the last hug.

Book as soon as you lock in your date. Summer (June–August) is our busiest season. Ideal timeline: March-April for June reunions, April-May for July, May-June for August. Off-season reunions can usually be booked 1–2 weeks out, but earlier is always better.
Yes, and it’s free. If your park or venue requires proof of insurance, we’ll email a Certificate of Insurance at no extra charge. We’re $3M insured.
If you rent a tent, rain isn’t a problem — everyone stays dry and the party goes on. Some inflatables have covers available. For severe weather we work with you to reschedule. For outdoor reunions we always recommend budgeting a tent — protects against sun and surprise rain.
