When should I book for Christmas or New Year’s Eve?

Christmas-Eve and Christmas-Day deliveries are limited — we run a reduced crew, so those dates lock up first. Halloween and fall-festival weekends fill up by late September.
Do bounce houses and combo units work in December weather?
Yes — indoors. Most Knoxville churches, school gyms, community centers, and large rental halls have ceiling clearance for our 13×13 and 15×15 indoor-rated bounce houses (13–15 ft tall). Do you do late-night pickups for New Year’s Eve parties?
Yes — NYE is the one night a year we run a late pickup crew. Standard NYE rentals are delivered 4–6 PM and picked up between 12:30 AM and 2 AM. Cold sparklers and the mechanical bull book up first for New Year’s Eve. Reserve by December 15 to lock the late-pickup window.
What works best for a Halloween fall festival or church carnival?

What is your cold-weather and rain policy?
We set up in the cold — tents, heaters, tables, chairs, games and the mechanical bull all run fine on a 35-degree night, and indoor setups are never affected by weather. What we will not do is put an inflatable on ice or snow or run it in freezing rain, because frozen vinyl and slick ground are not safe. Light rain is fine on most units. If ice, snow or a storm is in the forecast, call us by 8 AM on your event day and we will move your $50 deposit to a new date within 12 months. Sustained winds of 20 mph or more, or any lightning, mean inflatables come down for safety.
