3–4 inflatables + concession machine. Great for single-grade field days or small school celebrations.

Medium Field Day (100–300 students): $800–$1,500

5–8 inflatables + games + concession machines. The sweet spot for most elementary school field days. Enough variety to keep kids rotating all day.

Large School Event (300+ students): $1,500–$3,000+

How to Book a School Field Day

Step 1: Call or email us with your details. Tell us your date, student count, available space, and budget. We’ll put together a custom recommendation.

Step 2: We send you a quote. You’ll get an itemized quote with every rental, pricing, delivery details, and setup/teardown timeline.

Step 3: Lock it in with a $50 deposit. Your date is held as soon as the deposit processes. Full payment is due before the event.

Step 4: We show up early and set everything up. Our crew arrives before your event starts. We set up every unit, walk through safety with your team, and make sure everything is ready before the first student arrives.

Step 5: We come back and tear it all down. When the event’s over, we handle full teardown and pickup. You don’t lift a finger.

PTO Tip: Many PTOs split costs across grade levels, get local business sponsors, or use fundraiser proceeds. We’re happy to work with your budget and timeline.

School Field Day FAQ

How early do you set up?
We coordinate setup timing with your school. For morning field days, we typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the event starts. We can set up the evening before for very large events if your school allows it.

Do you provide attendants for each inflatable?
We set up and provide safety instructions, but we don’t provide dedicated attendants. Most schools use parent volunteers or staff to monitor each station. We’re happy to provide a safety briefing for your volunteer team.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and can provide a COI naming your school or school district as an additional insured. Just let us know when you book and we’ll have it ready.

What if it rains?
We monitor weather and communicate early. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule. Light rain is usually fine for inflatables — kids don’t mind! Water slides are obviously rain-proof.

What about power? Our field doesn’t have outlets.
No problem. We rent commercial generators that power multiple inflatables at once. Just add generator rental to your quote.

What’s the minimum space needed?
It depends on how many units you’re renting. A single obstacle course needs about 20×50 feet. A full 8-station field day might use a full football field or large grassy area. We can work with your space and recommend the right mix of equipment.

Can we set up indoors?
Some of our units work indoors (gyms, multipurpose rooms) as long as the ceiling is high enough. Call us and we’ll confirm which units fit your space.

Do you offer discounts for schools?
We work with PTO budgets all the time and will always give you the best pricing we can for school events. Call us to discuss — we want to make it work.
