$17–22/hr (depending on experience) + tips & bonuses

You're the person people count on to take any event to the next level. You run the route, lead your crew, and make sure every setup is safe, clean, and perfect before you leave.

What you'll do
  • Drive a box truck or truck & trailer to parties and events around Knoxville
  • Lead a 2-person crew on delivery, setup, and pickup
  • Set up and anchor bounce houses, water slides, games, tents, tables & chairs
  • Walk customers through the safety rules at every setup
  • Load, unload, and keep your truck organized
What you'll need
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Never towed a trailer? We'll train you (no CDL needed)
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Available weekends (weekdays optional)
  • Strong communication & attention to detail

Good To Know

Do I need a CDL?

No. Our box trucks and truck-and-trailer setups don't require a CDL. You need a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

What's the schedule?

Weekends are required because that's when parties happen. Weekday shifts are optional. Shifts usually run 6AM–2PM or 4PM–10PM.

How old do I need to be?

At least 21, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

I've never towed a trailer. Can I still apply?

Yes. We'll train you on our box trucks and trailers before you lead a crew.

Is there training?

Yes, paid training on our setup and safety process before you lead a crew.

What's the hiring process?
