Yes. We carry $3 million in general liability insurance. We can add your venue, church, school, HOA, or corporate park as additionally insured and email a Certificate of Insurance ahead of your event — just let us know during booking who needs to be named.

Pick what you want online, choose your date and delivery window, and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit to lock the booking in. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery day. Online booking is open 24/7. If you’d rather book over the phone, call 865-419-0090 during business hours.
Yes. Setup and takedown are included in every rental. Our crew arrives during your scheduled delivery window, sets everything up, walks you through safety, and comes back to take it down at your scheduled pickup time.
Every single time. Every unit is sanitized between bookings — not a sometimes thing, not an “if we have time” thing. It’s the same standard whether you’re booking a $129 bouncer or a $1,099 mechanical bull package.
If the National Weather Service forecast shows rain or thunderstorms, we’ll reach out the day before to discuss your options — reschedule, swap units, or keep the booking. Wet/dry combo units and indoor-friendly options give you flexibility. The $50 deposit can be moved to a future date.
Absolutely — corporate picnics, school field days, church fall festivals, and HOA block parties are a big part of what we do.
