Delivery/Set Up/Pick Up
You can expect delivery and set up from Party Bounce House Rentals of Knoxville anytime between 5:00am-8:00am and will be there to pick things up the following day around the same time.
Payment
After you submit the form below, make your $50 deposit through our website. We will then reach out to you about your order and get draft sent over to you, for you to approve
Hazardous Conditions
We all know that Knoxville can have terrible weather and we may be unable to set up a yard card greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions. We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or issue a full refund.

Rental Policy
Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservations.
Please do not move the yard card signs rentals, do not allow anyone(particularly children to play with, rearrange, remove, dispose or sit on the yard card signs). You are responsible for missing or damaged display items and will be invoiced in the event of loss or damage.
Please cancel lawn services and keep pets away from signs while the yard greeting signs are installed. Weed eaters and their flying debris can cause irreparable damage to the signs as well as pets using them as chow toys. Again, if there is any damage or lost yard signs, you will be invoiced for replacing any of the damaged or missing items.
Party Bounce House Rentals of Knoxville and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any damages or injuries that may cause to any person or personal property as well as property damage during the set up, placement or removal of our signs.
Your responsible for approval from HOA, management or neighborhood boards.
To help us spread the word about our business, we will place a small marketing sign with your yard sign rental.
Yard Sign Rental Refund Policy
- If you must cancel your order, you may apply your payment to an order in the future (subject to availability) or receive 50% refund if notice is given more than 24 hours.
- In the event, of significant inclement weather that prohibits us from setting up, we will refund in full or apply credit to a future order.
