1. Lock December Dates by Early November
The first two weekends of December are the tightest booking window we have all year — every Knoxville-area employer and church picks them at once. If your corporate party lands there, hold the date by the first week of November. After that we are working from whatever tents and heaters are left.
2. Measure Before You Fall in Love With an Inflatable
Indoor units live or die on two numbers: ceiling height and your widest door. Most gym and fellowship-hall setups need 15–16 feet of clear ceiling and a 36-inch door minimum, and basketball goals, fans and sprinkler heads count against you. Measure, then call us with the numbers.
3. Heat the Tent, Do Not Just Cover It
A tent with no sidewalls in a 20 mph December wind is a roof, not a room. Sidewalls plus propane heaters turn an unusable backyard or parking lot into a real venue when highs run 45–50°F and lows near 30. Budget one heater per 100–150 square feet, entrance downwind.
4. Dry Units Only From November Through March
We do not rent water slides, dunk tanks or any wet unit in winter — nobody has fun soaked at 38°F and vinyl does not behave in the cold. Everything here is a dry setup; save the water rentals for May.
5. Sort Out Power Before You Sort Out Anything Else
Every inflatable needs its own 20-amp circuit, and holiday lighting plus a cocoa machine trips a shared circuit fast. In a parking lot, a field, or over 100 feet from an outlet, put a generator on the order. We carry 12 and size to your load.
6. Plan the Whole Event Around 5:15pm

How much does a heated tent rental in Knoxville cost for a Christmas party?
Tents start at $129 and go up with size, sidewalls and lighting; heaters are quoted separately, since how many you need depends on how much of the tent is enclosed. A tent, sidewalls, heaters, tables and chairs together runs well above our $450 average order. Send the date, headcount and surface and we will price it in one quote.
Can we really do a bounce house in December in Knoxville?
Yes, indoors. Winter inflatables go in gyms, fellowship halls and rec centers rather than out on cold wet grass, and they are one of the best things you can do for kids stuck inside over Christmas break. You need clear ceiling height and a door wide enough to walk the unit through — measure both, then call (865) 419-0090.
Do you rent water slides or wet units in the winter?
No. From November through March we run dry units only — no water slides, no dunk tanks, no foam. Nobody enjoys being soaked at 38 degrees and vinyl does not behave in the cold. Everything on this page is a dry winter setup.
Do you provide a W-9, a COI and accept purchase orders?
Yes to all three. We are fully insured, we issue a certificate of insurance naming your company, church or venue as additional insured, we provide a current W-9, and we accept purchase orders with net-30 invoicing. If procurement has a vendor packet, send it over and we will fill it out.
How far out should we book a corporate Christmas party?
Book by early November for December dates, sooner for the first two weekends. Those weekends are the tightest inventory window of our year because every employer and church in the area picks them at once. A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your date and equipment.
What happens if it rains or snows on our date?
A tent with sidewalls handles rain and cold fine, which is why we push tents for December. We do not run inflatables in lightning or sustained high winds, and if unsafe weather forces a cancellation we will work with you on rescheduling. The $50 deposit is non-refundable, but we would rather move your event than lose it.
What if our venue has no power — a parking lot or a field?
That is what generators are for, and we carry 12. Every inflatable blower needs its own 20-amp circuit, and heaters, lights and concession machines add up on top of that. Send the equipment list and we will size the generator for you.
