Absolutely — that’s how most fundraisers use our equipment. You set the pricing, collect tickets or cash, and keep 100% of the ticket revenue. We don’t take a cut of your fundraiser proceeds.

What’s your weather policy for outdoor fundraisers?

Light rain is usually fine — we use weather-rated equipment. For severe weather (high winds, lightning, flooding), we’ll work with you on rescheduling. Your $50 deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rain date within 12 months.

How far in advance should we book a fundraiser?

For fall (October) and spring (April-May) fundraisers, 4-8 weeks out is ideal — these months book fast. For off-peak months, we can often accommodate 1-2 week lead times. The $50 non-refundable deposit locks your date.

Do you provide operators for the dunk tank and mechanical bull?

We can — trained operator fees vary by equipment and length of rental. For dunk tanks, many groups self-operate (we walk your volunteer through setup and safety). Mechanical bulls always include a trained operator because of insurance requirements.

Can you build a custom fundraiser package?

Yes — this is one of our favorite things to do. Tell us your budget, your expected attendance, and your venue. We’ll put together a mix of revenue-driving attractions priced for a positive ROI on your fundraiser.

Do we need to provide power or water?

Most inflatables and games run on standard 110V outlets within 100 feet. Dunk tanks require a water source (garden hose) and drain. If your venue lacks these, we rent quiet generators and can coordinate water trucks for remote locations.
