2. Indoor or Outdoor?
Many of our smaller bouncers fit in gymnasiums and multipurpose rooms — we just need ceiling height (15 feet minimum) and door width (60 inches min). Send photos or measurements and we’ll confirm what fits before you book.
3. Send Us Your COI Requirements
Most licensed facilities require a Certificate of Insurance listing your facility as additional insured. We send these as a standard part of every booking — forward us your facility name, address, and insurance contact and we’ll handle it.
4. Mention the 20% Discount

East TN summers mean pop-up storms. Add a 10×10 or 20×20 tent for shade and shelter. Rain dates reschedule free up to 24 hours out — we watch the radar with you Friday afternoon if the forecast looks shaky.

Can you set up indoors in our gymnasium or multipurpose room?

How far in advance should we book?
For peak season (April-June end-of-year and October fall festivals), 6-8 weeks in advance is ideal. Your $50 non-refundable deposit holds the date. For off-season events, we can often accommodate next-day or same-week bookings — just call us.
Do you need a specific type of outlet or power source?
A standard 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup is all we need for most inflatables. If your location doesn’t have outdoor power (parks, playgrounds), we rent quiet generators starting at $75. Mention power when you book and we’ll plan it together.
Can you set up during nap time so kids don’t see it?
