Clinton Parks & Recreation sets the rules for Jaycee and Lakefront, so ask them about inflatables, stakes and power before you pay for a pavilion. Plan for our crew to arrive about 3 hours before your start time and stay booked until pickup. If the city needs a certificate of insurance, request it when you book.
Jaycee Park’s pool and splash pad close for the season in early September, so fall and winter parties move home or indoors. Gyms, church fellowship halls and community centers work if the ceiling is at least as tall as the unit, and indoor setups run on a wall outlet.
Yes, with the owner’s OK. Lake lots often slope, so we need a flat, level spot about 15×15 ft plus 3–4 ft of clearance, well away from the water’s edge and docks, and a driveway our truck can reach. An adult needs to watch both the bounce house and the water. If our crew can’t safely reach or level the spot, we can’t set up, so text us photos and the address before you book.
Yes. We deliver across Clinton, Norris, Rocky Top, Oak Ridge and the rest of Anderson County. Your zone-based delivery fee shows at checkout before you pay.
Late spring and summer Saturdays go fast, especially around the end of the school year and July 4th. Want a Jaycee Park pavilion too? Reserve it before you book your rentals so the dates line up.
Included with every Clinton rental: delivery, setup, a safety walk-through and pickup. The crew shows up 2–3 hours ahead of your start time, the standard rental runs 6 hours, and overnight is $50 extra.
We follow the same safety rules on every setup: no bouncing in heavy rain, lightning or winds of 20 mph or more. Worried about the forecast? Call us by 8 AM on party day and we’ll move your $50 deposit to an open date within 12 months. On site, our crew has the final say.

Great Places to Party in and Around Clinton
- Your backyard — Most Clinton parties happen at home. We need a flat, level area about 15×15 ft plus 3–4 ft of room on every side. Not sure your yard works? Text us a photo and we’ll help you find the best spot.
- Jaycee Park — On Nave Street, with an inclusive playground, a pavilion, a walking trail, and a pool and splash pad in summer.
- Lakefront Park — Off Charles G. Seivers Boulevard next to the Anderson Farmers Co-op, with a summer splash pad.
- Norris Lake rentals — Celebrating at a lake house? Get the owner’s OK first. We set up on level ground well away from the water’s edge and docks, and we need a driveway our truck can reach.
- Schools and churches — Field days, fall festivals and youth events. Need a certificate of insurance? Request it when you book.
- Gyms and community centers — Indoor bounce houses keep winter birthdays and holiday parties going. The ceiling needs to be at least as tall as the unit (heights are on each product page), and indoor setups run on a wall outlet, never a generator.
