Answers Before You Book
No — attendants are a paid add-on. The one exception is our mechanical bull rental, which includes 2 trained operators in the base price because it has to be run by a pro.
We staff a 2-attendant minimum on every event — that covers most birthdays and lets one attendant supervise while the other handles games or rotations. For school events, festivals, or corporate picnics, we’ll spec a custom crew. Call 865-419-0090 and we’ll right-size it.
Yes. Every attendant is background-checked, trained on PBHR equipment and safety procedures, and ID’d on arrival. We’ve been doing this since 2020.
They stay the entire booked window — that’s the whole point. Delivery, setup, and teardown are handled by our drivers separately and are part of your rental price.
4 hours per attendant. For most parties that’s plenty. School events, festivals, and corporate gigs typically run 4–8 hours per attendant.
Tips are always appreciated but never required. If your attendant crushed it, $10–$20 each is standard. Totally up to you.
