Lenoir City Party Rental Questions
Every park sets its own rules, so ask Lenoir City Parks & Recreation about inflatables, stakes and power when you reserve. Lenoir City Park shelters and the Central Park shelter are both booked through the city; Central Park’s is reserved in person on the 3rd floor of City Hall. Reserve from about 3 hours before your party until pickup, since we set up early.
Yes, with the owner’s OK. We need a flat, level patch of lawn about 15×15 ft plus 3–4 ft of room on every side and a driveway our truck can reach. We set up well away from the water’s edge, docks and seawalls, and an adult needs to watch both the bounce house and the water. If our crew can’t safely reach or level the spot, we can’t set up, so text us a photo before you book.
Yes. We deliver across Lenoir City and the lake communities around it, including Tellico Village. Clubhouses and HOAs often have their own rules for inflatables, so check with yours first. Your zone-based delivery fee shows at checkout.
Summer on Fort Loudoun Lake fills the calendar fast. If you’re eyeing an April–July weekend, book early, since end-of-school parties and the holiday weekends go first. Grab your park shelter or clubhouse date first, then your rentals.
Don’t count on it. Ask when you reserve, and if there’s no outlet nearby, add a generator to your order. We deliver it fueled and tested and set it away from the play area. Generators are limited, so add one early.
Open lakefront yards can get gusty. Bounce houses can’t be used in heavy rain, lightning or winds of 20 mph or more. If the forecast looks unsafe, call us by 8 AM on party day and we’ll move your $50 deposit to an open date within 12 months. Our crew makes the final safety call on site.
Delivery, setup, a safety walk-through and pickup are all included. We arrive 2–3 hours before your party and pick up after your 6-hour window, or keep it overnight for $50 more.
Yes. We carry $3M in liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for schools, churches, clubhouses and park reservations. Just request it when you book.

- Lenoir City Park — 33 acres next to Fort Loudoun Dam and Marina, with numbered picnic shelters booked through Lenoir City Parks & Recreation.
- Lenoir City Central Park — Downtown on East Broadway, with a splash pad, playground and a large picnic shelter you reserve in person at the Parks & Recreation office on the 3rd floor of City Hall.
- Neighborhood clubhouses — Tellico Village and other lake communities set their own rules for inflatables, so check with your HOA or clubhouse before you book.
- Schools and churches — Field days, fall festivals and youth events. Need a certificate of insurance? Request it when you book.
- Gyms and community centers — Indoor bounce houses keep winter birthdays and holiday parties going. The ceiling needs to be at least as tall as the unit (heights are on each product page), and indoor setups run on a wall outlet, never a generator.
