We also rent outdoor heaters ($99) for fall/winter events and cold sparkler machines ($129) for wedding entrances and grand reveals.
Can tents be set up indoors?
Most tents are designed for outdoor use — they need stakes or weights and clearance for the high-peak frames. For indoor decor (warehouse weddings, gym events), we’d recommend pipe-and-drape or a small canopy footprint instead. Reach out and we’ll talk through what fits your space.
How does the deposit and payment work?
A $50 non-refundable deposit locks in your tent and date the moment you book online. Final balance is charged 5 days before delivery. We accept all major cards. For corporate clients and nonprofits, we can invoice on Net 30 terms — just contact us to set that up.
Do you deliver to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg / Sevierville?
Yes — we deliver tents throughout East TN, including Knoxville, Lenoir City, Friendsville, and the wider Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg Smokies region. Maryville sits in our home delivery zone so most local installs are flat-rate.
