Whether your venue is a private 10-acre property or a church fellowship hall, we’ll size the tents, chairs, and tables to fit.

Perfect for: Rehearsal dinners, intimate ceremonies, bridal showers, cocktail-hour overflow

White Wedding Chairs
$2.50 each
Clean white folding chairs that photograph beautifully against any backdrop. Sanitized between bookings, delivered stacked and ready to set. We do the math on chair count with you — ceremony seating, reception seating, plus 10% overflow.
Perfect for: Ceremony seating, reception dining, backyard receptions, church lawns

60″ Round Reception Tables
$10 each · seats 8
The standard round wedding table. Eight chairs around each, perfect for plated dinner service, family-style receptions, or buffet seating. Linens not included — bring your own colors or we’ll suggest a local rental partner.
Perfect for: Plated dinners, buffet receptions, dessert tables, family-style seating

6ft White Rectangular Tables
$10 each
The workhorse table. Use them for buffet lines, dessert displays, gift tables, head tables, and bar tops. White finish photographs cleanly and pairs with any linen color you can dream up.

White Wedding Bounce House
From $149
The kids-table secret weapon. A clean white bounce house keeps the little ones thrilled, out of the dance floor, and out of the cake. Photographs beautifully in any color palette — most couples don’t even know it’s an option until they see one.
Perfect for: Family weddings with kids, outdoor receptions, keeping parents on the dance floor

Mechanical Bull
$1,099 / 3-hour minimum
The reception story everyone’s telling at brunch the next morning. Includes 2 trained operators in the base price. Inflatable safety ring, soft landing pad, and the kind of groomsman photos that’ll live on the bride’s Instagram forever.
Perfect for: Tennessee receptions, country-themed weddings, bachelor parties, rehearsal dinners

Foam Party Machine
$499 / day
The after-party your guests didn’t know they needed. We turn the dance floor into a wall of foam after the formal events wrap — ideal for the over-21 crowd that still has energy at 11pm. Hypoallergenic foam, safe on grass, easy cleanup.
Perfect for: Late-night after-parties, college-town weddings, outdoor receptions on grass

Cold Sparklers
From $199
The first-dance moment that lights up every camera in the room. Cold sparklers throw a fountain of sparks safely indoors or out — no smoke, no fire risk, no banned-from-venue drama. Use them for the first dance, the grand exit, or both.
Perfect for: First dances, grand exits, cake cutting, indoor venues that ban traditional sparklers

360° Photo Booth
Quote on request
The Instagram booth. Guests step onto the platform, the camera spins around them in slow-motion, and they leave with a shareable video that’ll get more reach than your photographer’s edited gallery. Includes custom branded overlays with your monogram or wedding date.
Perfect for: Modern receptions, social-media-active guests, cocktail hour entertainment

Outdoor Movie Screen
From $299
The rehearsal-dinner secret. Play the bride and groom’s how-we-met video, a slideshow of childhood photos, or the recap reel from the bachelor weekend on a 16-foot inflatable screen under the stars. Sound system included.
Perfect for: Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, slideshow moments, outdoor entertainment

Yard Cards & “Mr. & Mrs.” Signs
From $95
The driveway welcome and the get-away-car backdrop. Giant lawn letters spelling “Mr. & Mrs.”, the new last name, or a custom message. Setup and takedown handled — they’re standing when guests arrive and gone before brunch.
Perfect for: Driveway welcomes, ceremony backdrops, getaway car send-offs, photo opportunities

Six steps East Tennessee couples use to lock in a wedding rental package without the day-of stress — built from 200+ Knoxville weddings we’ve outfitted since 2020.
1. Lock the Date First
Peak Knoxville wedding season is May through October. Saturdays book 6–9 months out. The $50 non-refundable deposit holds your date on every rental — tent, chairs, tables, bull, foam. Lock early, breathe easier.
2. Size the Tent to the Guest Count
Rule of thumb: 12–15 sq ft per seated guest, more if you want a dance floor and buffet under the same tent. 100 guests with dancing fits a 40×60. 60 guests fits a 20×40. Don’t guess — we’ll do the math on a 5-minute call.
3. Bundle the Big-Ticket Items Together
Tent + chairs + tables booked through one vendor = one invoice, one delivery, one pickup, zero coordination nightmares. We’ll quote the bundle so you can compare against piecing it out — most couples save by going through us once.
4. Layer Fun for the Reception
The ceremony rentals are practical. The reception rentals are unforgettable. Add a mechanical bull, foam machine, 360° photo booth, white bounce house for kids, or cold sparklers for the first dance. One showstopper is the photo people remember.
5. Send the COI to Your Venue Early
Most Knoxville venues require a Certificate of Insurance before delivery day. We issue COIs free of charge — just forward your venue’s insurance requirements. We’ll have it in your planner’s inbox within 24 hours.

Wedding Rental FAQs
The questions Knoxville couples ask most before they book.
How far in advance should we book wedding rentals?
For peak Knoxville wedding season (May through October) we recommend booking 6–9 months out — especially for tents and Saturday dates. Mechanical bulls, foam parties, and larger tents book first. A $50 non-refundable deposit locks your date today.
What size tent do I need for my wedding?
Rule of thumb: 12–15 sq ft per seated guest, more if you need a dance floor or buffet inside the tent. A 100-guest seated dinner with dance floor fits a 40×60. 60–80 guests fits a 20×40. 30–40 guests fits a 20×20. Call us with your guest count and we’ll size it on the phone.
Do you offer white bounce houses for weddings?
Yes — we have clean white bounce houses that photograph well and work beautifully with any wedding color palette. They’re a popular add-on for couples with kid guests — keeps the little ones happy and the parents free to dance.
Can you deliver to private estates, farms, and lakefront venues?
Yes — we deliver throughout Knox County and greater East Tennessee, including private properties, barn venues, farms, church lawns, and lakefront venues on Douglas Lake, Norris Lake, and Tellico Lake. Gravel driveways are fine. Just make sure the delivery path is at least 36 inches wide.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for the venue?
Yes, free of charge. We carry $3 million in liability insurance and issue Certificates of Insurance to any venue that requires one. Forward your venue’s insurance requirements and we’ll have the COI in your planner’s inbox within 24 hours.
When do you set up and pick up for a wedding?
Big weddings: tents go up the day before. Chairs and tables drop the morning of the ceremony. Bull, foam, and photo booth arrive right before reception time. Teardown happens the next morning or that night, depending on venue rules. We coordinate the whole timeline with your planner and venue coordinator.
Can we mix wedding and kid-friendly rentals at our reception?
Absolutely — this is one of our favorite combos. A white bounce house off to the side keeps kids entertained and out of the dance floor. We have toddler-safe units for younger guests. Adults get the bull, foam, and 360° booth. Both crowds are happy.
What does a typical backyard wedding rental package include?
For a 75-guest backyard reception: 20×40 high peak tent, 80 white folding chairs, 10 round reception tables (60″), 2 rectangular tables for the buffet, and a 360° photo booth. Add a bull or foam machine for the late-night reception kick. We’ll size it to your exact guest count.
Do you offer wedding-tent packages with chairs and lighting?
Yes — most of our wedding clients book tent + chairs + tables together as a package. We don’t carry uplighting or string lights ourselves, but we’ll recommend trusted Knoxville lighting partners we’ve worked with on prior weddings.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Our tents are rain-rated and engineered for East Tennessee storms — most weddings go forward as planned under cover. If there’s a true safety issue (high winds, lightning warning), we’ll work with you on a reschedule. Your $50 non-refundable deposit applies to a rain date within 12 months.
Can we add white bounce houses for a Tennessee outdoor wedding?
Yes — white wedding bounce houses are weather-rated for outdoor setup on grass, gravel, or concrete (with proper anchoring). We deliver them to backyards, barns, lakefront venues, and church lawns across Knoxville, Maryville, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Pigeon Forge, and the Smokies.
Do you deliver wedding rentals to Maryville, Pigeon Forge, and the Smokies?
Yes — Maryville, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, Powell, Clinton, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the wider Smoky Mountains region are all in our regular delivery zone. We’ve outfitted weddings at private cabins, lakefront homes, and barn venues across all of East Tennessee.
