How far in advance should we book wedding rentals?
For peak Knoxville wedding season (May through October) we recommend booking 6–9 months out — especially for tents and Saturday dates. Mechanical bulls, foam parties, and larger tents book first. $50 holds your date.
What size tent do I need for my wedding?
A rough rule: 12–15 sq ft per seated guest, more if you need a dance floor or buffet inside the tent. For a 100-guest seated dinner with dance floor, plan for a 30’x60′ tent. Give us your guest count and layout and we’ll confirm the exact size.
Do you offer white bounce houses for weddings?
Yes — we have clean white bounce houses that photograph well and work beautifully with wedding color palettes. They’re a popular add-on for receptions with lots of kids, and they keep little ones happy so parents can actually enjoy the reception.
Can you deliver to private estates, farms, and lakefront venues?
Yes — we deliver throughout Knox County and greater East Tennessee, including private properties, barn venues, farms, church lawns, and lakefront homes on Douglas Lake, Norris Lake, and Fort Loudoun. We’ll coordinate access, setup space, and power needs ahead of time.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for the venue?
Yes, free of charge. We carry $3 million in liability insurance and issue Certificates of Insurance for any wedding venue that requires one. Send us the venue’s insurance requirements and we’ll handle it.
When do you set up and pick up for a wedding?
For most weddings we set up the day before (especially tents, which take longer) so florists, caterers, and decorators can finish the space on wedding day morning. Pickup is typically the next morning or Monday, depending on your rental schedule.
Can we mix wedding and kid-friendly rentals at our reception?
Absolutely — it’s one of the most popular combos we do. A tent and tables for the adult reception plus a small bounce house, yard games, and concessions for the kids creates two great experiences at once. Parents never want to leave early.
What does a typical backyard wedding rental package include?
A typical 100-guest Knoxville backyard wedding runs tent (30’x60′ or similar), 100 white folding chairs for the ceremony, 12–15 round tables and 100 chairs for the reception, 4–6 rectangular tables for food/gifts/cake, plus optional extras like a mechanical bull, movie screen, or bounce house for kids. Call us and we’ll quote the exact package.
Do you offer wedding-tent packages with chairs and lighting?
Yes — we bundle our 20×40 high-peak tent with white folding chairs, round guest tables, and string-light packages for one all-in quote. Add a sweetheart bistro setup or cocktail-hour bar for an extra surprise touch. We size everything to your venue and final headcount.
Can we add white bounce houses for a Tennessee outdoor wedding?
Absolutely. Our wedding-clean white bouncers are a hit at outdoor receptions in Knoxville, Farragut, and the Smokies. They keep flower-girl-age kids happy through the reception so parents can actually enjoy the night. Add a slide combo for older kids.

Are your rentals insured for wedding venues that require a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes — every rental includes a $3M general liability policy, and we provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue at no charge. Just tell us the venue name plus venue contact email when you book and we will send the COI directly.
