Yes — we deliver throughout Knox County and greater East Tennessee, including private properties, barn venues, farms, church lawns, and lakefront venues on Douglas Lake, Norris Lake, and Tellico Lake. Gravel driveways are fine. Just make sure the delivery path is at least 36 inches wide.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for the venue?
Yes, free of charge. We carry $3 million in liability insurance and issue Certificates of Insurance to any venue that requires one. Forward your venue’s insurance requirements and we’ll have the COI in your planner’s inbox within 24 hours.

Do you offer wedding-tent packages with chairs and lighting?
Yes — most of our wedding clients book tent + chairs + tables together as a package. We don’t carry uplighting or string lights ourselves, but we’ll recommend trusted Knoxville lighting partners we’ve worked with on prior weddings.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Our tents are rain-rated and engineered for East Tennessee storms — most weddings go forward as planned under cover. If there’s a true safety issue (high winds, lightning warning), we’ll work with you on a reschedule. Your $50 non-refundable deposit applies to a rain date within 12 months.
