East TN summers mean pop-up storms. Add a 10×10 or 20×20 tent for cake-and-presents shade. Rain dates reschedule free up to 24 hours out — call us Friday afternoon if Saturday looks bad and we’ll make the plan together.
6. Schedule the Cake Hour
Best block: 2 hours of free play in the rental → cake and presents in the middle → 1 more hour of play. Total 3-4 hours. Bouncers tire kids out fast — don’t book 6 hours and expect them to still be running at the end.

What ages are your inflatables safe for?
Most bounce houses are designed for ages 3 to 12. We carry smaller, lower-bounce options for toddlers and reinforced larger units for teens and adults. The mechanical bull is rated for ages 8+. Tell us the company-picnic-kid’s age and the guest age range and we’ll match the right unit on the phone.
How much space do I need in my backyard?
Most bounce houses need a 15×15 flat grass area. Combo units (bounce + slide): 15×20. Water slides: 15×35 plus garden-hose access. Obstacle courses: 15×40. Send us a yard photo or rough dimensions — we’ll tell you what fits before you book.
What happens if it rains on the company-picnic?
Light rain doesn’t shut us down — water slides and combo units are fine. Heavy rain or thunderstorms shut us down for safety. Rain dates reschedule free up to 24 hours before delivery (subject to availability). We watch the radar Friday afternoon and call you together.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a $50 non-refundable deposit secures your date. Remaining balance is due 48 hours before delivery. We accept all major cards, ACH, and Square. Saturdays in peak season (April-July) book 4-6 weeks out; lock yours early.
Can you set up at a park or HOA?
Yes. We set up at Knoxville city parks, county parks, and HOA pools/rec centers regularly — Lakeshore, Sequoyah, Concord, Fountain City, plus Farragut and Maryville parks. Most parks require a Certificate of Insurance (we provide free) and a permit ($50-150 depending on park). Send us the venue and we’ll walk you through it.
Are your inflatables clean and inspected?
Yes. Every inflatable is sanitized, inspected, and safety-tested between every rental. We carry $3M liability insurance and provide free Certificate of Insurance to any venue that asks. Locally owned, fully insured, since 2020 — 950+ five-star reviews and counting.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rental is a full day — up to 8 hours of fun. We deliver in the morning, set up in 30 minutes, and pick up the next day (or end of day if you choose). Plenty of time for setup before guests, free play, cake hour, and after-party wind-down.
