Light rain doesn’t stop the party — bounce houses are weather-rated for normal rain. For severe weather (lightning, sustained 20+ mph wind, heavy storms), we’ll work with you to reschedule. The $50 deposit transfers to your new date at no extra cost.
Yes — each blower needs a dedicated 110V outlet within 100 feet. No outlet within range? Add a generator (we have 12 quiet units starting at $199/day). For parks, fields, or off-grid sites, the generator is usually required.
Yes. Trained attendants are a paid add-on for any rental that needs a dedicated operator (foam parties, large water slides, dunk tanks, mechanical bulls). The mechanical bull comes standard with 2 trained operators in the base $1,099/3hr price — that one’s included.
