2. Map Setup Footprint + Power

Each inflatable needs a 15×15 to 15×40 flat grass or asphalt area, plus a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet (or rent a generator). Send us a parking-lot diagram or lawn photo — we’ll mark where everything goes safely.

3. Get the Certificate of Insurance

Most church boards, insurance carriers, and rented venues ask for a Certificate of Insurance. We provide one free — just tell us the policy holder name and email. Usually back to you within 24 hours.

What happens if it rains on event day?

Rain dates reschedule free up to 24 hours before delivery (subject to availability). Bouncers and concessions move indoors with 12-foot ceilings; water slides and foam parties are outdoor only. We watch the radar Friday afternoon and call the lead coordinator to make the plan together.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a $50 non-refundable deposit secures your date (or multi-day VBS week). Remaining balance is due 48 hours before delivery. We accept all major cards, ACH, and Square. Churches can request a W-9 and net-30 invoice on bundles over $1,000 — just ask.

Do your crews need to coordinate with our volunteers?

No — our crew handles delivery, setup, safety check, walkthrough, and pickup independently. We’ll meet your lead volunteer at the venue for a 10-minute walkthrough, then we’re out. Your team monitors the rides during the event; we come back for takedown when the event ends or the next morning.
