2. Plan for 45–70°F, Not 90°F
East Tennessee Octobers run 45 to 70 degrees and drop fast after sunset. That means dry units, glow, and foam instead of water slides — and an outdoor heater near the adult seating is money well spent.
3. Know the Rain-Backup Policy First
Your $50 non-refundable deposit holds the date and the unit. If East TN weather turns, call us the morning of — we watch radar on every route and will work with you on moving your rental rather than setting up in a downpour. Keep a covered plan B in mind.
4. Masks Off Inside, Socks On
Costumes and inflatables mix fine until they don’t. Our rule: no masks, capes, or props inside the unit, socks on every rider — masks kill peripheral vision and capes catch on netting. Set a laundry basket at the entrance and the rule enforces itself.
5. Light It Before It Gets Dark
Daylight ends around 6:40pm in late October, so your last 90 minutes happen in the dark. String lights over the seating, keep the unit lit, and let the movie screen take over once the bouncing winds down. Setting up away from the house? Add a generator.

Indoor setups depend on ceiling height, so send room dimensions.
Do we need power, or can you bring a generator?
Every inflatable needs a dedicated 110v outlet within about 100 feet of the setup spot. If your party is in a field, park, or common area with no outlet, we rent generators and keep 12 on hand. Tell us the setup location when you book.
