Knoxville’s Go-To Block Party Rental Company Since 2020
For five years we’ve outfitted block parties across every kind of Knoxville neighborhood — HOA summer picnics in Farragut, Hardin Valley, Powell, Karns, Halls, and West Knoxville; cul-de-sac cookouts in Bearden and Sequoyah Hills; parking-lot festivals at apartment communities and condo complexes; church lawn celebrations in Oak Ridge and Powell; and street-closure block parties in Concord, Norwood, and Fountain City.
We understand neighborhood logistics — narrow access roads, mixed-age guest lists, HOA permit timing, parking constraints, and grass-vs-asphalt setup decisions. Our trucks handle suburban driveways. Our crew sets up on grass, gravel, concrete, asphalt, and parking-lot striping. We’ve seen every kind of Knoxville neighborhood layout and we know what fits.

Your Knoxville Block Party Planning Checklist
Six steps Knoxville HOA presidents, neighborhood organizers, and street captains use to pull off a block party that doesn’t end with a 911 call from the cul-de-sac across the way.
1. Get the HOA / Street Sign-Off Early
Most Knoxville HOAs and cities require notice for street-closure or amplified-music block parties. Knoxville street closure permits run $25-$100 and need 14-30 days lead time. Get the email confirmation in hand before you book rentals.
2. Pick the Setup Location
Cul-de-sac (great for closed-street parties)? HOA pool deck? Community center lot? Church lawn? Each surface (grass / asphalt / concrete) has different anchoring needs. Tell us where and we’ll match unit weights and tie-down setup to the surface.
3. Size the Unit Count to Your Guest Count
20-30 kids: 1 combo bouncer + 1 concession + lawn games. 50-75 kids: add a water slide + foam machine. 100+ kids: 2-3 units side-by-side + dedicated adult-zone activity. We’ll quote bundle pricing so you compare against piecing it out.
4. Lock the Date with $50 Deposit
$50 non-refundable deposit holds every rental for your date — even peak-season Saturdays in May-July. Send the deposit, send the calendar invite to the neighborhood, breathe. Full balance due 48 hours before delivery.
5. Plan the Schedule by Age
Most successful Knoxville block parties run kid-hour (2-5pm: bouncer + water slide + snow cone), then dinner (5-7pm: grill-out + interactive games), then sundown (7-9pm: foam machine + outdoor movie + mech bull for the adults). Layer activities so nobody’s bored.
6. Confirm Delivery Access Day-Of
We coordinate the delivery window with your street captain. Tell us where the truck can pull in, where the closest power outlet is, and whether you need a generator (most block parties on grass do). Setup runs 30-45 minutes per unit. We’re gone before guests arrive.

Block Party Rental FAQs
The questions Knoxville HOA presidents and street captains ask most before they book.
Can you deliver to a street or parking lot?
Yes — we deliver to closed streets, cul-de-sacs, HOA pool decks, church parking lots, community center lots, and apartment-complex grass areas. We anchor with water weights on hard surfaces and stakes on grass. Tell us the surface type when you book and we’ll bring the right hardware.
How many units should we rent for our crowd?
Rough guide: 1 unit per 20-30 kids keeps line waits under 5 minutes. 50-75 kids = 2 units (bouncer + water slide). 100+ kids = 3 units side-by-side. Add concessions and yard games to take pressure off the inflatables and feed everyone. Call us with your headcount and we’ll size the package.
Do you set up tents and provide seating?
Yes — we rent 20×20 and 20×40 high-peak tents, plus rectangular and round tables, plus white folding chairs. Many block parties book a 20×40 tent over the food/treat table to keep snacks shaded and dry. View tent options here.
What if our neighborhood doesn’t have good parking?
Our trucks fit any standard Knoxville suburban street. We’ll work with your street captain to find a delivery slot — usually 30-60 minutes before guests arrive. If parking is tight, we can stage in a neighbor’s driveway with their permission. Just let us know the access constraint when you book.
How long can we keep the equipment?
Standard rental is one day (4-8 hours of use). We can extend to overnight or multi-day for HOA weekend events — ask us about the multi-day rate. Pickup typically happens that evening before sunset or the next morning by 10am.
Do we need a permit for a Knoxville street block party?
If you’re closing a public street, the City of Knoxville requires a special-event permit ($25-100, 14-30 days notice). HOA private streets and cul-de-sacs in private communities usually don’t need a city permit but check with your HOA board. Church and community-center events on private property are exempt.
Can you provide insurance for our HOA or church?
Yes — free of charge. We carry $3 million in liability insurance and issue Certificates of Insurance naming your HOA, management company, or church as additional insured. Forward your insurance contact’s requirements and we’ll have the COI within 24 hours.
Can we have a kid zone and an adult zone at the same event?
Absolutely — this is one of our favorite block party setups. Kid zone: bouncer + water slide + concessions + foam machine. Adult zone (separated by 15-20 feet): mechanical bull + axe throw + yard games + outdoor movie at sundown. Different surfaces, different vibes, same event.
What ages are the inflatables safe for?
Bounce houses: ages 3-12. Combo units: 3-14. Water slides: 5-adult depending on height of slide. Obstacle courses: 6-adult. Mechanical bull: 8+ with operator approval. Foam machine: 3+. Tell us the youngest and oldest guest and we’ll steer toward units that work for everyone.
What happens if it rains on our block party day?
Most block parties go forward as planned — inflatables handle light rain, and tents keep guests dry. If there’s a true safety issue (lightning, high winds), we’ll work with you on a reschedule. Your $50 non-refundable deposit applies to a rain date within 12 months.
Do you deliver to Farragut, Maryville, Pigeon Forge, and the wider East Tennessee area?
Yes — we deliver throughout Knox County and greater East Tennessee, including Farragut, Hardin Valley, Powell, Karns, Halls, Maryville, Lenoir City, Oak Ridge, Clinton, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding communities. Each delivery zone has a small fuel surcharge baked into the quote.
What’s the cheapest way to throw a great block party?
Best value for 30-50 kids: 1 combo bouncer ($249) + 1 snow cone machine ($69) + 1 set of yard games ($79) = under $400 plus delivery. Add a water slide ($279) for the summer wow-factor. Ask about our HOA package rates — we discount when neighborhoods book the same crew 3+ times a year.
