Most schools, churches, and companies book one of three packages — Mini Carnival ($399), Full Carnival ($799 with bounce house), or Deluxe Festival ($1,299 with 2 inflatables). Every price includes delivery, setup, and pickup. Trained attendants to staff specialty games like axe throwing are available as a paid add-on.

Do carnival games need an attendant to run them?
Most of our carnival games are self-serve — a teacher, volunteer, or parent can easily run them. Axe Throw, Double Axe Throw, and Boxing Arena are commonly staffed by event volunteers or our trained attendants. If you’d rather have our trained attendants run specialty games for the full event (recommended for big school festivals and fundraisers), that’s available as a paid add-on when you book.
Can we rent just one carnival game?
Yes. Individual game rentals start at $49 (Cornhole, Giant Connect 4) and go up to $429 (Human Foosball, Giant Volleyball Pool). Specialty games like Axe Throw start at $139, Double Axe Throw at $209. Great for adding one interactive element to a birthday party, church night, or small office event. Delivery fees apply by zone — most of Knox County is included in the base price.
Are carnival games good for school fall festivals and church carnivals?
This is one of our busiest rental categories. Every fall we deliver carnival games to Knox County schools, private schools like CAK and Webb, and churches across Knoxville, Farragut, Maryville, and Oak Ridge for fall festivals, trunk-or-treats, harvest nights, and Fall Carnivals. Our Deluxe Festival Setup was built for this exact use case — lots of variety, easy for volunteers to run, and we deliver / set up / pick up so your PTO isn’t stuck doing it.
Do carnival games work for corporate picnics and company events?
Absolutely. Carnival games are a favorite for company picnics, team-building days, and corporate family days. They work indoors or outdoors, require almost no setup from your team, and get every age group involved — from the junior employees to the CEO’s kids. We invoice on net-30 and send W-9s and COIs for your office park, ORNL/Y-12 contractor events, or any venue that requires one.
Can carnival games be set up indoors?
Yes — most carnival games are indoor-friendly. Axe throwing requires a backdrop and clear safety zone (easily accommodated in gyms and large halls). Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, Inflatable Basketball, Foosball, and Soccer Dart all work great indoors. This makes carnival games one of the few rental categories that isn’t weather-dependent — a big deal for fall and winter events in Knoxville.
