Football season tailgating
ETSU football moved to FBS in 2018 and tailgating has only grown since. The lot fills by mid-morning for noon kickoffs. We deliver across Johnson City for Buc Day, big rivalry games, and Homecoming.

Buc Day prep
Buc Day is the biggest tailgate day of the season. We are typically booked 8+ weeks out. Standard chapter setup: 30×30 tent, mech bull, foam party station, food prep area, 4-6 cocktail tables. Johnson City mech bull rental is the #1 chapter request — pulls in crowds, photo opportunities sell themselves.

Foam party rule of thumb
For chapter philanthropy events with 100-200 attendees, a 2-hour foam party ($279/2hr) is the cheapest crowd-pulling activity we offer. The cannon shoots 20-30 ft of eco-friendly foam, kids love it, college students love it, and it photographs beautifully for Instagram fundraising posts.

Tailgate (50 guests): 20×30 tent, 5 6-ft tables + 50 chairs, mech bull (3hr), 1 generator. Total $2,000-$2,600.
Bid day (75 guests): 20×40 tent, 75 chairs, foam party 2hr, lighting kit, sound. Total $1,800-$2,400.
Philanthropy 5K (200 guests): 30×40 finish-line tent, 2 generators, water slide, foam party, yard cards. Total $2,800-$3,600.
