For April–July weekends, book 2–4 weeks out. Peak dates (Memorial Day, July 4th, end-of-school) sell out 4–6 weeks early. Off-season, a week is usually fine — but sooner is always safer.
Setup, safety walk-through, and pickup are included with every rental at no extra charge. Delivery is a separate zone-based fee calculated at checkout. We arrive 2–3 hours early and pick up at the end of your rental window.
Yes — $3M liability insurance. We provide Certificates of Insurance free for churches, schools, venues, and any location that requires one.
A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your date. If weather becomes a concern, we work with you on rain dates — we want your party to happen.
We monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule you to any available date with no extra charge. Light rain is usually fine — we'll make the call with you.
