Yes — delivery is a paid zone-based service. Knoxville-proper is the lowest fee; surrounding towns scale based on drive time. The fee covers round-trip delivery, setup, and pickup. You’ll see the exact fee at checkout before you commit, so there are no surprises.
What time will you arrive?
We typically deliver2–3 hours before your party start timeto give us a comfortable buffer for setup and a safety walkthrough. You can request a specific delivery window during booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Pickup happens at the agreed end time, usually that evening.

Ready to lock in your date?
Reserve any rental with a $50 deposit — it takes about 90 seconds, and most dates confirm same-day.
Weather & Cancellations
Tennessee weather is unpredictable — here’s exactly how we handle rain, wind, and rescheduling.
What happens if it rains?
If rain is in the forecast, you have two options:
- Reschedule for free— call us by 8 AM on your event day and we’ll move your $50 deposit to a new date within 12 months.
- Go ahead— light rain is fine on most units. Sustained winds of 20 mph or higher, or any lightning, mean we’ll deflate the inflatables for safety.
For inflatables already in use when storms roll in, the rule is simple: deflate and clear riders immediately. We’ll come pick up early if needed.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel any time. The $50 booking deposit becomescredit toward a future rental within 12 months— it doesn’t expire if you reschedule. Full refunds aren’t offered on the $50 because that money was already spent securing your equipment and date.
What about high wind?
Industry safety guidelines (and our $3M insurance policy) require us todeflate inflatables when sustained wind exceeds 20 mph. If forecast winds are above 20 mph the morning of your event, we’ll reach out about rescheduling. Your deposit moves to a new date — no penalty.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, anytime — just call(865) 419-0090as soon as you know. We’ll move your $50 deposit to a new date within 12 months. Reschedules don’t cost extra as long as the new date has the same equipment available.
Safety & Insurance
How we keep your kids safe — and what to expect from the safety briefing when we hand off the unit.
Are your inflatables insured?
Yes — we carry$3 million in commercial liability insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for venues, schools, churches, or HOA-managed properties that require one. Just let us know during booking and we’ll send it over.
How safe are bounce houses for kids?
Bounce houses are very safe when used correctly. Our crew anchors every unit with industrial stakes or sandbags rated for the equipment, and we walk you through the safety rules before we leave:
- Same-age / same-size groups together
- No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks inside
- Adult supervision required at all times
- Watch wind and weather
Every unit is inspected before and after every rental. We pull damaged units from service immediately.
Are operators included with rentals?
It depends on the unit. Most bounce houses, slides, and combos areself-supervised— adults at your party supervise the kids. Two specific rentals include trained operators in the base price:
- Mechanical bull— 2 operators included for the full 3-hour rental
- 360 photo booth — 1 operator included
For other inflatables, you can add a paid event-staff attendant (4-hour minimum, $45/hr) if you’d like a dedicated adult on the unit.
What’s the weight and age limit?
Most bounce houses are rated for kids ages3–13, max 200 lbs per rider, 6 riders at a time. The mechanical bull is rated up to 250 lbs per rider. Larger and adult-friendly units are clearly labeled on each product page. When in doubt, call us — we’ll match you with the right unit for your guests.
How are inflatables cleaned?
Every unit issprayed and wiped down with commercial-grade disinfectant after every single rental, then sun-dried before storage.Water slidesget an additional deep clean to clear chlorinated water residue. If anything ever looks dirty when we deliver, tell our crew and we’ll re-sanitize on the spot.
Power, Water & Logistics
What infrastructure your party site needs — and how to handle parks, fields, and pavement.
Do I need to provide power?
Most inflatables need astandard 110V outlet within 100 ftof the unit. We bring the extension cord. If you’re at a park, field, or anywhere without an outlet, you’ll need a generator — we rent four sizes (4,375W to 13,000W), delivered fueled and tested. See ourgenerator rental optionsand book one with your unit so we deliver everything together.
Do I need to provide water for water slides?
Yes —water slidesconnect to a standard garden hose. You provide the hose-and-spigot at your site; we provide the slide. Water usage is comparable to running a sprinkler for the rental duration.
Can you set up indoors?
Yes — most bounce houses and the mechanical bull work indoors in gymnasiums, event halls, or any space with a minimum 16-ft ceiling and clear footprint. Confirm your ceiling height when booking. We use sandbag anchoring indoors instead of stakes.
Can you set up on concrete or pavement?
Absolutely — we use 50-lb sandbags instead of ground stakes for hard surfaces. Driveways, parking lots, basketball courts, and gym floors all work. Just let us know the surface type at booking so the crew brings the right anchoring kit.
