Our bounce houses range from 10×10 (toddler) to 18×18 (XL castle). Standard 13×13 and 15×15 fit most Knoxville backyards. Plan for 3 feet of clear space around the unit and 8 feet of overhead clearance. We send sizing details with every confirmation — and we’ll turn back at the door if it won’t fit safely (rare, but we’d rather refund than push it).

Standard bounce houses hold 600–800 lbs total — roughly 6–8 kids at a time. XL units hold more. Toddler bounces are limited to ~250 lbs. Our crew explains rider limits at setup and we provide a printed safety sheet so the adult on watch knows the rules.

20–40 minutes for most bounce houses. We arrive 1–2 hours before your party start time, unroll the unit, anchor it (stakes for grass, sandbags for hard surfaces), inflate, safety-check, and walk you through the rules. Pickup at the end is just as fast.

Yes — every bounce house runs on a continuous-air blower that needs a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet. No outlet nearby? We rent generators that handle one or two bounces all day. Add it at booking.

On the XL 15×15 and 18×18 units, yes — those are rated for older kids and adults. The 13×13 castles are kid-only. Always one age group at a time, no mixing little kids and adults — we’ll cover the rules at setup.

Light rain is okay — most bounce houses are weather-resistant. Heavy rain, lightning, or wind over 20 mph means we have to power the unit down for safety. If the forecast is bad, reach out 24+ hours ahead — we’ll work with you to reschedule. Indoor venues (church gyms, school cafeterias) can dodge weather entirely if the ceiling clears.

Absolutely. We’re $3M insured and provide free certificates of insurance for Knox County Schools, churches, parks, and HOAs that request one. We’ve already worked with most major venues in Knoxville — just tell us who to send the COI to when you book and we’ll handle it.

Yes — most of our bounces convert to wet-or-dry. Want a real water slide instead? Check out our water slide rentals or grab a combo unit (bounce + slide in one). Specify wet or dry at booking — different anchoring and tarp setup.

Peak season (April–July) Saturday weekends fill up 4–6 weeks ahead. Off-season, you can book a week out. Lock it in the moment you have a date — $50 deposit holds it and you can swap units later if your theme changes.
