Renting a cabin in the Smokies? Don’t settle for hot tubs and movies — bring the party.
Smoky Mountain cabin rentals in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville are built for groups: huge great rooms, game lofts, pool decks with mountain views. The one thing they don’t come with? An activity that gets everyone off their phones and actually having fun together. That’s where we come in.
This guide covers everything you need to know about renting party gear for your Smoky Mountain cabin weekend — what fits, what works, what doesn’t, and how to book.
The most-requested cabin rental: 9-hole LED mobile mini golf
Mobile mini golf is the perfect cabin add-on because:
- It’s an evening activity — when the kids are tired of the pool and the adults are tired of the deck
- It fits indoors or outdoors — pool deck, game-room loft, even on the driveway
- No skill barrier — Grandma plays, the 5-year-old plays, the bachelor party plays
- LED lighting — the obstacles glow, which means the party doesn’t end at sunset
Each 3-hole module is $319, or grab all 9 holes for a $957 full tournament setup. We deliver to:
- Pigeon Forge cabin rentals — Wears Valley, Black Bear Ridge, Sky Harbor, Parkway corridor
- Gatlinburg cabins — Cobbly Nob, Chalet Village, Pittman Center
- Sevierville cabins — Kodak, New Center, Boyds Creek
- Wears Valley and Cosby (same delivery zone)
Space needed: 12×12 feet per 3-hole module. 24×24 feet for the full 9.
What about bounce houses for cabin groups with kids?
If your cabin weekend has kids, a bounce house rental on the cabin’s grass area or driveway is one of the best money-spent decisions you can make. Most cabin yards in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville have flat areas that work. We deliver our standard 13×13 bouncer from $149/day. For mixed-age groups, the combo bouncer + slide ($289) covers both little kids and tweens.
Cabin-specific tip: check that your cabin has at least one accessible outdoor outlet (or rent a generator from us at $99). We bring our own blower and extension cord.
Bigger cabin groups: tents and tables for outdoor dinners
If you’re hosting 20+ people at a big cabin (family reunion, bachelor party, corporate retreat), a 10×20 tent ($129) gives everyone shade for an outdoor dinner with a mountain view. Add 6-foot tables ($9 each) and folding chairs for instant outdoor banquet setup. We’ve done this hundreds of times for Smokies group cabins — we know what fits where.
For wedding-sized groups (40+), we have 20×40 high-peak tents that work on cabin lawns big enough to hold them.
Cabin event types we deliver for most often
Family reunions — Multi-generational, 15–50 people. Combo bouncer for kids, mini golf for evening, tent for dinner.
Corporate retreats — Often booked by Knoxville companies doing offsite team-building. Mini golf is a unanimous favorite for evening icebreakers. Mechanical bull for the brave ones.
Bachelor / bachelorette weekends — Mini golf course on the pool deck with drinks and music is a no-brainer. Foam party for late-night, if your cabin has the space.
Cabin weddings — We supply tents, tables, chairs, the works. Mini golf as a cocktail-hour activity is becoming a thing. We’ve done several in 2026 already.
Kids’ birthday parties (the cabin is the venue) — Bounce house + water slide + mini golf is the trifecta. Done it dozens of times.
How delivery to cabin rentals actually works
- Book online — share the cabin name and address (most cabins are searchable by name; we know the popular ones)
- $50 deposit holds the date — non-refundable, no surprise charges
- 24 hours before — we confirm the delivery window
- Delivery day — our crew handles steep driveways, tight switchbacks, and mountain roads. We’ve done it many times. If a giant truck can reach your cabin, we can set up.
- Setup — 20–30 minutes per unit, anchored, safety-checked
- Pickup — at the end of your rental window. You don’t lift a finger.
Cabin-specific gotchas to know:– Some HOA cabins have noise restrictions after 10 PM — foam parties + mechanical bull are amplified- Some cabin driveways are steeper than they look in photos — send us the cabin name at booking and we’ll confirm- A few high-elevation cabins lose cell service — we’ll arrange the timing with the cabin rental company directly
