Generally, we arrive 1-2 hours before the party time begins. We start our deliveries at 6:00 AM, If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as a day in advance. If this the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

We do all our pick ups between 2:00PM- 7:00PM. If your party will last longer than 7:00PM, you will need to get an overnight rental, which is an additional $50.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, pavement, concrete, gravel, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. 

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. Adding our water feature is an addition $50. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not provide water hoses. Make sure you have enough hose to reach the inflatable.

Yes, if you see something that has to be at your next party but you live farther away, don’t be discourage. We deliver the fun all over Tennessee but please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees will apply. Please call our office for a current quote.

  • Yes, we allow pick up. You can pick up tables, chairs, concessions or any other small amount of party rentals items if you don’t meet our minimum order for delivery. Save money on delivery fees with our pick up option.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence ( i.e. not turning off blower in high winds, dog chewing bouncer) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/ blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules. So that you can be the trained operator.

If you need to cancel, let us know at least 7 days in advanced and we will issue you a Rain Check and you will be able to reschedule within a year and use your Rain Check towards your new party.

Yes. We requires all customers to pay a minimum of $50 deposit to hold a party date for the selection rental items. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits will be saved as a rain check available for a credit to be used within 1 year, in your name. A rain check is non-transferable.

In a lot of cases our inflatables have a maximum weight limit of 200lbs. Making bounce houses fun for the whole family.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

We offer an optional 10% non refundable damage waiver on all rental equipment. Lease must select coverage, pay in full, and sign rental agreement before the start of event for damage waiver to the bound. Acceptance of any and all claims that arise are based on sole discretion of Party Bounce House Rentals of Knoxville 

This cost covers: 

– Up to $500 per contract in accidental damage of an inflatable equipment.

– Up to $750 per contract in reasonable wear and tear physical damage to the rental equipment.

– Up to $1,000 per contract in wind and storm damage to deflated inflatables. 

This Damage Waiver is NOT liability insurance. 

This Damage Waiver does NOT cover theft, vandalism, silly string, misuse and/or abuse. 

This Damage Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment. Party Bounce House Rentals Of Knoxville will bill for any and all missing equipment at new replacement cost.
